Academy Overview

What it is...

Our Leadership Academy staff designs and delivers state-of-the-art workshops for individuals who are prepared to make a serious, long-term commitment to their own personal and professional development.

Our flagship Hispanic Leadership Development program is a 9-month learning intensive that seamlessly blends in-person workshops and many other learning tools and opportunities aimed at delivering the best thinking available for Hispanic executives.

 

How it Works

Once you have identified the participants, we meet with them to assess their readiness to embark in a long-term learning and performance leadership development program. We help all participants assess their commitment and seriousness about this endeavor as it requires full participation. Together we will designate the "Level" at which return on investment can be maximized.

Three Levels
To best accommodate each participant's needs, after we conduct the initial evaluations, we place each person in different levels of learning and growth.

    - LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT


Sign-Up Criteria

All candidates are asked to fill an application and participate in a panel interview. To ensure complete commitment, we also require that management sign a statement of permission so candidates fully understand your commitment to their growth and their accountability. Additional criteria include:

    • A positive attitude about personal and professional growth.
    • A goal/results driven mindset.
    • Interest in moving to an executive-level position within sponsor organization.
    • Serious desire to make changes and adjust behavior.

Once we determine if the candidate is eligible to sign-up for our 9-month program, we will notify the sponsoring organization first.
