The purpose of this retreat is to administer a series of assessments in order to reveal a composite personality tendency, shed light on strengths and challenges, and establish a baseline for growth.

The personal change process; what to expect, how to act and above all, how to think as the learner moves to a higher position.

Working with Diversity 

 

A framework is established so participants can best interact with all generations and people from all over the planet.

Situational Leadership 

 

Participants engage in guided exercises and discussions as they implement the ideas and tools of situational leadership.

 Delegation & Accountability 

 

These critical skills and others are learned, demonstrated and used in real scenarios and group discussions.

Participants learn advanced verbal and non-verbal communication techniques. They engage in persuasive discussions and other scenarios.

Interviewing Skills 

 

Participants are taught to interview candidates using behavior-based, competency-driven techniques, as they remain mindful of EEO law and compliance.
