1. What is the maximum number of attendees? 
10 per Level in each city.

2. Are group rates available?
Yes, there is a sliding scale that decreases the investment per participant as the size increases.

3. Are there early bird discounts?
Yes, until March 1, 2012 there is a 10 percent discount.

4. Can we hire your firm to deliver a particular seminar?
Yes, you can. However, we designed the development series so you systematically create your future leadership and the prices reflect this objective.

5. Can you deliver this service in Spanish?
Yes, we are completely bilingual - English-Spanish.

6. Can you help my Spanish-speaking participants brush up on their English?
If they so desire, we have specialized programs designed for many industries. We can add this to meet your particular needs.

7. What happens when we sign-up?
Once you decide how many people you will send from your organization, we will interview the candidate(s). Then, we will hold a 2-day retreat where we establish baselines, performance metrics, key indicators and accountability expectations. Two seminars are presented at the retreat: Leaders Without Borders and Hispanics Without Borders. They help set the stage for upcoming learning and development opportunities.

8. How are payment arrangements made?
All fees are collected before commencement. Substitutions are permitted in case someone resigns or decides to leave the program. 

9. How long is each program?
Each level runs for 9 months. We meet twice in March and once a month thereafter.

10. What else is included in each development level?
Each participant also receives (3) Hours of professional Executive Coaching per month to help integrate learning and make realignments where necessary. Coaching hours do not accumulate each month.

11. Is your service exclusive to Hispanics only?
No, it is not. In fact almost half of our graduates are not Hispanic and they find the material eye-opening and very insightful.
