    Spanish Media Preparedness Training
    When making presentations in Spanish often leaders struggle to think on their feet. This specialized service is designed to give spokespersons the tools they need to adequately speak to the Spanish language media.
    Based on a 9-point evaluation criteria, participants are taken through a series of exercises they can use to polish their formal Spanish and reduce their sentences to sound bites.

    It is most used by people who speak to Spanish media or Spanish-speaking employees including:

    In many organizations the challenge is similar; a small percentage of the workforce speaks English well enough to interact effectively with management. The use of interpreters is often a solution that provides temporary, sometimes marginal results.

    After meeting with the company leaders we were able to chart the flow of procedures and identify stress points for non-English speakers. We then conducted a full needs assessment and provided management  recommendations for the best ROI based on original client expectations.

    Organizational Design
    For the Signature Service group, Inc., with its 2300 employees, we planned, designed and implemented the entire Human Resource Function. The opportunity came as a result of new ownership and other acquisitions. 

    We successfully streamlined five companies including their employee policies and procedures, management evaluations, employee disciplinary policies, compliance, etc. Also, for this company we translated all orientation, training and key employee action forms to Spanish. Finally, we implemented targeted training for HR Director, Benefits Coordinator, Employment Manager and Employee Relations.

    Custom Language Design and Implementation
    In various organizations we researched, produced and implemented custom English as a Second Language programs as well as Spanish for managers and professionals. This specialized service included in house Trainer's Training, custom design of workbooks and recorded CD's, presentations to hundreds of participants, translation of vital documents and policies, and the delivery of first class, long term educational plans. 

    As a result we were able to improve communication, employee job satisfaction, reduce turnover and implement effective cross-cultural leadership strategies.

    Hispanic Media Placement & Market Penetration
    For the Apple production company we researched, planned and implemented an ad campaign that involved Spanish language media placement. We provided copy for commercials, scripts for actors and production assistance.

    For the same production company we provided marketing assistance and designed a long range plan of action for existing executives and managers. The results indicated an increase of market share in the various areas of interest as well as an increase in product visibility.
